The purpose of this modest web site is to provide those that are disabled with low to no incomes, children without medical insurance, the elderly facing a loss of Medi-Cal. (Medi-Cal is for California residents also applies to Medi-Cade in other states) help and understanding about the changes that are forth coming through Supplemental Security Income Title XVI, and other cut back affecting all entitlement programs, Medi-Care, Medi-Cal, the food stamp other programs affected, AFDC Aid to Dependent Families, all programs that are becoming a wasteland of failed promises from our elected officials.
